Ally Pet Medical Center

Only decided to bring our dog here because of the reviews. Since going here I haven't been super impressed, but not enough to find new vet or even leave a review. That changes today... Was asked to pick up flea and tick medication for the dog today. Gf asked if we should do 2 or 3 months. I told her get 3. There's flooding everywhere, landslides closing I-90 and snow season is coming so driving over the pass isn't always an option. She messages back and says they can only give us one month, but will check with the doctor. So I wait a couple hours and go pick up the flea and tick medication. They tell me the doctor still hasn't okayed it. So I say OK, I'll just wait and they tell me it's going to be multiple more hours. Their doctor is working back to back to back today. Another happy visit to Ally Pet Medical Center with their kind and dedicated team! Dr Krysta Dawson is super patient with our nervous boy and knows that cheese is the way to his heart ❤️ All the staff are wonderful and Enzo shows his full body wiggles and tail wags anytime he sees all of his caring friends at APMC! Enzo wasn't quite as appreciative of his blood draw and vaccination, but Cody was super gentle and took great care of him today!

I first went to Ally for my cats because they were a 5 minute drive, but now I and my cats love them so much that we drive 45 minutes just to get our care done here. Ally staff is the best! Truly the most wonderful, friendly, caring staff you'll ever meet. We've had them as our primary vet for three years, and hope to have them for many years more! They clearly have such affection for each pet that walks through their doors, and they make what could otherwise be a stressful situation, quite a pleasant one instead. I am so grateful for the love and care they've given my boys over the years, and cannot recommend them enough! (Pictures from their very first vet visits included!)

I can't say enough great things about Ally! They always find the time to squeeze us in last minute, and their kindness and care truly stand out. They even call the day after to check up on my little senior doggy. Not to mention it is always so fun to see all the cute decorations. I am so grateful to have a place where everyone always has a smile and genuinely cares. Thank you!

I have been in this vet for year and it was fine. However recently, we were seen by another vet. The previous vet always provide a list of service with price which gave me clear info what am I paying for, but the recent vet didn’t do that and prescribed me an medicine that I didn’t ask for. When ask them to correct the error by either refund me, or just discount their over priced medicines. Their responses were basically assuring me that I was wrong and I did ask their doctor for the medicine. I was so frustrated and decided to leave the veterinarian even though the previous experience was largely okay. Particularly be careful that they sell products and drugs and their prices were definitely over priced.
