I sat on this review for about six months because I wasn’t sure. I actually wanted to post it. But here —my cat had a blockage and we needed to leave him overnight due to severity and boy cats do be getting blockages unfortunately. I informed the tech that I had court the next day and was unable to miss — they’re entire demeanor and tone changed with us— automatically labeled me as a felon and we received some of the worst treatment of our lives in this facility —thank God I was able to get the attorneys on the line and tell him I would not be able be in court to assist with the paperwork that day and somehow we made it work without getting in trouble. I flew at 6:30 in the morning to get my cat and deliver him to our family vet where his condition improved within three hours, literally w

Look, I feel bad about this because everyone was nice, but that was the only positive thing about this experience. Brought my dog in for bloody sneezes, they were the only place open on a Sunday. Since there was only one doctor on hand, we were there for three hours. Said doctor barely asked us any questions, and upon initial examination discovered another issue (which is fine, I like being thorough!), BUT then she focused on that one issue instead of what I ACTUALLY CAME IN FOR. The ONLY thing she did about the nose bleed issue was do blood tests. Including COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT BLOOD TESTS, such as for rat poisoning. RAT POISONING? I would think that if my dog had eaten rat poison, I'd be seeing other signs instead of just a bloody nose!!!! It honestly felt like they were just running te

My name is Stacey Lynn. Unfortunately I had to visit Allied Animal ER on a Sunday. The employees were very concerned about my situation and did get us a room much faster than a ER for a person. If I was looking for a job I would definitely choose a caring animal clinic as this. They told me I didn’t have to sit but I sat and waited for 4 hours, she was in critical care and didn’t make it but she did have 7 great loving years. The employees made a box with her name, a piece of her hair, paw prints, and a place for her picture. I will forever love my crack cat that chose me not the other way around. Her name was Meow Meow. RIP

We went on a Sunday morning because my chihuahua wasn’t being himself! They greeted us as soon as we entered and got me the paperwork to check him in . I had called ahead and gave them a heads up we were coming and the issues we were having.. once we arrived and I filled out the paperwork the nurse was quick to attend to us and get all the information. They did all the test and x rays and made sure I understood the cost and treatment before doing anything without my consent. Very professional friendly staff! They called me later on this evening to confirm medication and x rays along with anything else. My dog is feeling better and we really appreciate the care!

I Called allied animal hospital on Saturday June 21st early in the morning. We were worried because my pregnant dog temperature dropped and her vet was unfortunately getting ready to close and was not staffed for a c section. The initial phone call it was very clear that they were very caring and professional! They gave me very valuable information on what to look for and when I should come in if necessary. I arrived a few hours later as my dog’s water had broke and she was panting heavily and no pups came after waiting another hour to see if she would be able to push. The staff at the hospital were very caring and had patience out of this world! The receptionist was so sympathetic and friendly about my dogs situation and could see I was dealing with a lot she made me feel comfortable and
