I had to take my daughters 2 black cats when she tried to kill herself. She was in ICU fir a few days then court ordered treatment in Conway. From there she went to rehab. She is 90+ days clean. I take very good care of animals. That costs money. I spend $100:a month on these cats. I promised my grandson I would keep care of them so I am. I couldn't afford litter thIs month. I called and they had me swing by. They gave me a huge 50 pound bucket. I didn't know what I was going to do but they stepped up and helped me out. Im very grateful. Pixie and Lou thank you just as much as I do. You saved me. I promise to pay it forward.

This shelter is ran on questionable ethics. I've tried escalating through them and they will not provide any reasonable explanation for their actions. And they've punished for saving a stray cat. There was a cat a stray cat in the neighborhood I had lived in that I had tried to get to come to me, so I could feed him as he was looking skinny. Dated October 21st 2025, I'm attaching where I reached out to them in Facebook messenger the day he finally came to me. As instructed I called them and they were full, I added him to the wait list. I fed him, provided him fresh water, and played with him everyday. I purchased a heated outdoor house for him as well for the front porch. Very friendly. I took my mama cat in today for some issues. She's new to the home, she showed up at a friend's house and he was unable to care for her properly. I love cats, so I couldn't say no. I cant afford alot, they treated her at a decent price. Our other cats are wild and low maintenance, im thinking shes gonna be spoiled. I'm hoping she gets used to our home and stays able to care for her kittens. I couldn't take on bottle feeding even if i wanted to. They seem to be happy and healthy. Uhhh???? They told me my cat did get in his neuter but when I get home I open his cage and he and the puppy pad under him are absolutely soaked in blood????? I called and was transferred to the “vet tech” who did not answer my question of if this was normal or acceptable??? Just repeated the same 2 AI generated recovery tips and did not seem to want to say anything off script??? Very unimpressed. Super super unprofessional and bizarre behavior.

Greated politely & promptly. Informed me of when I could pickup my dog. Location is easy to find.
