All Tails Pet Spa

We absolutely love all tails! Our Shih Tzu’s look and smell amazing every time and they are so friendly inside. It’s very clean and the prices are great. We love that we can book online with our usual groomer and there’s hardly ever a long wait.

I did joke that getting an appointment felt like trying to get my baby into pre-school, sending an application for approval. But, I'm thankful for that, truly. It was a wonderful experience, the customer service, workers were SO kind and sweet to me and my fur nephew! It was our very first visit and my Cavapoo baby has major anxiety, but the groomer handled him with such care and love and did a perfect job on his mohawk! I do highly recommend for your puppy grooming needs! It is now our new groomers for as long as they will keep us. :)

We had our first full groom at All Tails Spa today December 11th,2025 and I’m very happy with the experience. From the moment I dropped off my dogs, the staff asked all the right questions and made sure they understood the exact cut I wanted for each of my babies. Both of my dogs are usually timid and have had bad experiences at other groomers. In the past, my cavapoo would often be scared and stressed when I picked him up—but today was completely different. He seemed relaxed and happy! As I was waiting for my dogs to come out, I observed the other groomers cutting and handling the dogs with such care. All Tails did a great job on my doodle, Daisy. Her ears were matted from an ear infection and Caitlyn was able to get through them without having to shave her ears. Very pleased with their service.

I’ve tried several pet salons in Jacksonville for my Golden Retriever and this is the first one that was great on all counts! It had a kind and helpful customer service staff, clean and fully visible grooming stations and a groomer (Christy took care of my dog) who did the best job I’ve ever experienced. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered suggestions that other groomers never mentioned or told me nothing could be done about due to his double coat. I was so pleased with the end result, I’ll never go anywhere else again. So happy! Before and after pics say it best!
