Dr. D and her vet tech came across as unprofessional and unknowable while attempting to care for my cat. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. On a positive note, both ladies at the front desk were very pleasant.

Absolutely amazing! I had called around town trying to find someone with affordable prices and could get me in quick! They were the only ones that did not judge or be rude to me, and were able to fit me in very quick! I will be making them my cats primary care! Just amazing. I very much appreciate them

Love Dr Blackburn! Always takes time to answer my questions and get to know my cat. Very thorough. As a trucker, I am so happy to have someone that can either squeeze us in, or is willing to allow me to drop her off. Even allows free weigh ins! Kat is so comfy here.

Michelle at the front desk remembered our dog from when she would come in with her prior owners, which I thought was amazing as it had been a few years since they had moved up to Kansas City. I was really impressed with that! We had moved up our appointment because Mabel bit a young child, completely unprovoked by the child. It was a shocking attack, and luckily, the child was not as badly hurt as he could've been as mentally unstable dogs can be incredibly dangerous. I have a family friend what was forever mutilated when their nippy family dog bit off her cheek as a child. Another friend from middle school ignored their dog's random aggression and reactivity or justified it, until one day the dog attacked their son so badly that doctor's could not save his mangled leg.
