All Creatures Animal Hospital

The staff here is so kind and helpful. My cat is incredibly anxious and the staff was so conscientious and compassionate, it made our trip to the vet a million times easier. She even left with a prescription to help with her anxiety at home. Good prices too! Thank you All Creatures Animal Hospital!!

Overall my experience was good. The techs were all very nice and the vet who took care of my guinea pig listened to my concerns and addressed them. Everyone seems very knowledgeable about exotic pets. I did think one service was overpriced, but I've expressed that concern to the establishment.

It has taken me a long time to write this post, but I feel I owe it to pet parents to warn them about this vet office. My skittish 9yr old chinchilla was mysteriously bleeding, so we brought her in to see Dr. Sunny Pan. She took her in the back to examine her and when an assistant came back into the room she asked permission to use pictures of her on their social media (apparently they were all taking turns photographing themselves with her). Anyone who has owned a chinchilla knows that they're easily stressed out so I was very uncomfortable that they were in the back passing her around, especially when she was ill. I came here a few days ago to help my pet rabbit cross over the rainbow bridge. All of the staff were friendly and prompt. They were kind and patient and helped make the process go at my pace. They were very caring. I'm glad I was able to make a same day appointment and have them for support.

We called All Creatures for an emergency appointment. They were on the top of our to do list but you know how time works. I have a 17 yesr old turtle who escaped her tank and cracked her shell. We called All Creatures, never having spoke to them once. They stayed on the phone with us over a half hour listening to what happened, they scheduled us in and ended up calling us to move up. And I couldn't believe how affordable the appointment was. They squeezed us in, not knowing us or our pet at all, and it was an emergency appointment. We werent up charged at all. In fact. After the appointment the vet tech helped us search stores on line for equipment for our tank that might help us, for around 10 extra minutes. They've been so nice and helpful and encouraging.
