All Cats & Dogs Veterinary Hospital

This was one of the worst vet experiences to date. I decided to return to this location as they were wonderful when a dog I had prior suddenly passed away. The vet at the time was compassionate and definitely not worried about payment until the end of the visit. However, I brought a dog in today and this was a new vet that I had not had the last time. I brought a dog in for bloody diarrhea and vomiting but otherwise he was acting normal. The vet provided an estimate of over 900 for just the blood work and X-rays. I advised I wanted to begin with blood work to rule out anything without having to use unnecessary X-rays. When I reviewed the lab work being over 600, I requested to call other vets in town first. I called more than 5 locations that informed me the same lab work would be around 2

Absolutely do not go here. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was extremely unwelcoming. My dog approached the receptionist and wasn’t acknowledged at all, which immediately set the tone. I went in solely for eye drops, yet they attempted to push unnecessary tests and quoted me nearly $160 for what should have been a $26 medication. Another client ahead of me was visibly shocked by an unexpected $180 bill as well. While the doctor was somewhat pleasant, the overall experience felt focused on upselling rather than care. My dog was not made to feel comfortable or welcomed. I would not recommend this clinic—there are much better veterinary options in Bowling Green.

We took our beagle, Maddie in today to get her eye checked because it was swollen and her inner lid was pulled up. It looked really painful and when I called all cats and dogs veterinary hospital, they said come right in and we will take care of her. They were so wonderful with her! From the front desk to the tech Adam to our vet, Vasi Wilk DVM. They gave her peanut butter, hugs and kisses, examined her eye gave her dye to see where the cut was in her retina and then gave us some medicine to put in her eye. Adam even did the first treatment. What a wonderful staff! We had a really fantastic experience! We highly recommend all cats and dogs veterinary hospital in bowling green, KY.

The staff was absolutely wonderful with my sweet boy Maverick. His vet was full and could not see him so they recommended All cats & dogs. My boy had parvo and was very sick. My husband called and they got him in that day. They are expensive, high prices and credit card fee, but they are amazing!!! They saved my boys life and I can not thank them enough. If not for the staff at all Cats & Dogs my boy wouldn't be here today! He is a healthy full of energy 8 month old American Bully that is a spoiled big ole baby. Thank you guys for saving my boy 💙

In December I took my cat, Jesse, to All Cats & Dogs for updated vaccines. However, I mentioned that he had been having some issues regarding his water intake. The team at All Cats & Dogs took my concern very seriously and they wasted no time getting to the bottom of this issue. A few appointments later, Dr. Rice informed me that after some tests, they could conclude that my cat was in fact diabetic. While this newfound information was extremely stressful and scary, the staff did everything in their power to make this experience flow as easy as possible for me and Jesse. I am eternally grateful for everything this staff has done for my cat. Watching his improvement in health from the first time I brought him to now is amazing!
