I called early afternoon for nail trim for my 18 yrs old small dog . Within hour I brought my "pete" dog down & 10 minutes later we were done. This is maybe 4th visit & I've never been disappointed. They are friendly, clean & efficient. I highly recommend their services. Prices are reasonable. Can't go wrong.

My fur babies had long nails; called to see if you needed an appointment for nail trim; they said no; they accept walk-ins😃 (but I would recommend just to call ahead); Nail trim was only $10 . I forgot to get the girl that helped me with my 3 doggos, but she was very kind and sweet with them; also staff were working and the dogs and they seem very gentle to get every little spot. Dogs seemed to trust them. As far for the ladies who worked today; thank you so much we left happy. Def coming back, seemed affordable when you have more than 1 dog 😅 Oh and also I’m not sure if she was the owner of the business; she gave us cute little bow and bow ties for my fur babies! I know it’s just hair and that it will grow back, but seeing my baby like this makes me so sad. Paperwork shows he always gets teddy bear cut, i walk in to pick him up and he has a poodle cut.. I asked for them to go shorter and was told that i needed to come back closer to the end of the day bc they didn’t have time to fix him. “I’m going to pull up the cameras to prove that you asked for a poodle cut” Very rude and condescending Fast forward 15 min later after i had just gotten home I received a phone call that he was ready. I walk in and he’s full shaved with this little mohawk.Immediately they start to apologize because they knew they were rude and messed up. Payed for the service and walked out.
