All About Animals Veterinary Clinic

I took in a small kitten last summer. Today I called this office to inquire about having the stray kitten neutered, doing my part in controlling animal population and was told, “We don’t GIVE pricing over the phone!” by the rude receptionist who took my call. She didn’t say anything else. Just sat there, then hung up. Apparently they wanted me to pay for an office visit in order to find the most economical route to take? Idk? I wasn’t told. All about the $$?? Wow.

5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at All About Animals Veterinary Clinic in Flatwoods, KY. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for—both as a pet parent and a person. While I was there, I also had the joy of meeting three sweet kittens that were up for adoption. They were absolutely precious and clearly well cared for, which speaks volumes about the compassion of the clinic's team 🖤 It’s clear that everyone at All About Animals truly loves what they do, and it shows in the way they treat both animals and people. I’m so grateful to have such a compassionate and professional clinic in our surrounding area. I highly recommend!

When I had to rush my dog to All About Animals for an emergency, I was completely panicked. My baby was hurt badly and I didn’t know what to do. Jamie answered the phone, and from the very first moment she stayed calm, helping to walk me through what I needed to do. She got us in right away, which meant everything in that moment. When we arrived, I had no idea how we were even going to get my dog out of the car. He was in severe pain and trying to bite. Jamie immediately stepped in and confidently directed her team on how to safely remove him and place him on a stretcher without causing him any further injury. Absolutely wonderful treatment of animals ❤ super clean. Fast appointments ! We brought our rescue kitten in for a check up and was quoted a starting price of 70.00 , we had his appointment and asked about fleas worming leukemia testing. We followed the recommendations, my only complaint was while following the recommendations nobody explained the cost of each thing. At checkout I was shocked with a 378.00 bill. I had to put the cash I saved down and use a credit card. I was not prepared in any way for the jump of 70.00 to 375.00 , I thought max 150.00. We got his appointment to get fixed and got the estimate 170.00 and they clipped his nails free. Surgery was smooth and the cost at the end was exactly the quoted price. Excellent service! The staff was very professional, caring, and understanding. Dr. Fitch was amazing!! Everything was explained to me and pricing was accurate and reasonable. I will definitely be taking my fur babies there from now on.
