Alice pet grooming prestige (SALON)

The first time i took my Shih Tzu everything was perfect, so three weeks later i took him back with my Chihuahua. I think they got the length mixed up because my Shih Tzu's hair is a little long and my Chihuahua is almost bald. On my Chihuahua i only wanted about 1/8 or 1/4 taken off instead they cut her hair so short it is only 1/8th long. Not the end of the world. The problem is on my Chihuahua her front paw one of her nails got cut so short she started bleeding and the nail is cracked all the way to the top of her nail. She's having a hard time even walking on it. So i called to ask what happened and i was told her nail was already like that. No way. I have 2 Dane's, 1 staffordshire and the 2 dogs i took in to be trimed. I have never cut there nails so short they started bleeding and i

Always amazing, I use to take eevee to PetSmart and they could never achieve a nice look so I started taking her to royal pets dog grooming salon and they are amazing. Every time I bring eevee she always comes out looking amazing, I do drive an hour so she can groomed here because she deserves the best and they are definitely the best at what they do.

I cannot say enough good things about this groomer! I’ve been to so many places with my long-haired miniature dachshund, and I have finally found the perfect one. They trimmed her nails shorter than I’ve ever seen any groomer manage (a huge deal for us), gave her a clean, even shave with no straggly hairs left behind (which other groomers often miss since she’s sensitive around her feet and arms), and did an amazing job on her ears and teeth. My little girl came home looking and feeling fantastic. They clearly took such great care of her, and it’s exactly what I’ve been searching for in a groomer. Highly recommend!

I brought my cat in to be groomed. He’s a ragdoll and has long fur so it unfortunately got matted up. He can be difficult sometimes to groom but Royal Pets did an amazing job! She was able to groom him and remove all of the mats without having to shave him down. He looks so good! I highly recommend Royal Pets and will return in the future!

My dog is very anxious and stress out due a bad experience with a mobile groomer. We found Jessica and she has been the best and Super kind and patience. I drive over 55 min just to take Bella to her. Highly recommended!
