I was truly a fan for over a year but the customer service has declined, groomers are always leaving and the owner does not want to be bothered with issues/concerns. I have sent emails, made calls and texts ( even attempted to reach out via FB) and they have still not reached out to respond to my concerns. I believe this family run business is more concerned about money than GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE and it definitely shows! They continously raise prices, and when you tip by credit card they do not give the stylist the tip! I was notified LAST MINUTE that they would be canceling my dogs grooming appointments due to being short staffed, however they announced on fb about hiring new groomers and taking new clients. have never had a dog that required grooming so I was anxious to take my very nervous, newly adopted shelter pup to be groomed. Cat, however, did an amazing job. She was really patient and understanding of him and his background and gave him a ton of breaks. She gave him the full workup and had a clear focus on making the experience as positive for him as possible. She is very knowledgeable and professional. In the end, she handed over a dog who looked great but most importantly, FELT great. My dog had bad ear mats and some undercoat matting that must have been so uncomfortable and she took care of it all, leaving him very obviously comfortable and happy in his body. He became a new dog! I am so thankful that this was my first experience with dog grooming. It was a great one!

Julia is the sweetest groomer ever and has always taken such good care of my baby Paisley anytime she has been in! Paisley has very bad anxiety and Julia has always taken her time with her and pays attention to every close detail. Paisley always looks amazing every time I pick her up! Could not recommend her more!
