I had high hopes. I’ll start by saying she did a good job cleaning out his ears, but I was sorely disappointed to bring in my sweet doodle boy and return to find not only a questionable haircut, but also MULTIPLE cuts and nicks to include a paw pad/quip bleed that didn’t stop bleeding until well into the evening. She never mentioned any cuts or nicks upon pick up either which probably would have softened the blow but to see my dog actively bleeding and limping because he was hurting that bad, hurt my heart. While the price was low I’d say the quality matched it. I won’t be returning and I definitely won’t be recommending. Do better.

I have 2 GSD’s. My one girl has always needed to be sedated for her nails no matter what. The other absolutely hates baths...but loves the mud. The ladies here at K9 Design were able to get both my girls bathed and nails trimmed without any issues (or sedation!) Just had our 2nd visit and it was even better than the first. No beginners luck. These ladies really are that awesome!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! My poor dog was cut and mangled so bad, she’s never been scared of the groomers but this place terrified her she’s been shaking in the corner for a hour now! And they cut her eye lashes off and gave her mats she didn’t even have them at! Idk what happened but I will NEVER go again.

I took my husky there who is on anxiety and seizure meds to be groomed and they worked really well with him to make him comfortable and at ease. Will be going there again for all of our grooming needs for our boy.

My fluffy corgi turned out really well! The only things i found to nitpick was she was slightly damp still, so not all her loose fur was blown out, and her nails could have been cut a little bit shorter.
