I had an emergency situation with my little old man here, all the girls up front were very sweet (special shout-out to Kaitlin!!!!🎉🎊) and Dr Tyler Smith was very focused on getting my boy taken care of. I was able to pick him up last night and bring him home, I'm so very thankful!🙏 I saw people mentioning Dr Mac in previous reviews, and yes he was wonderful all the many years he was here!!! BUT, I wouldn't wanted anyone other than Dr Tyler Smith monitoring my boy yesterday anyways! Very attentive and communicated with me throughout the process! Also, I saw people in other reviews mentioning poor communication and rudeness at the front desk... please make sure that you have your own communication and manners in line before accusing these sweet young ladies of acting inappropriately. The team at Airway Veterinary is amazing! We had extensive dental work on our dog Coco and Dr. Smith was very kind and reassuring. The staff took amazing care of our Coco. We also had our kitten spayed and vaccinated and her procedure was smooth and her recovery was easy. The prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend their services for your fur babies!

Dr. Tyler Smith listened to me patiently and gave me compassionate, thoughtful advice. Because of his treatment plan, my dog is doing great. Jude, the vet tech was awesome. His compassion and feedback alleviated the stressful experience. Spencer, the office manager (?) or vet tech is also awesome. She's friendly, professional, and solution oriented. Thank you Everyone.

Me and my fur baby have been coming here for a while! Recently they have gone down hill! They are usually very on top of things and have wonderful customer service! Now the ladies at the front are rude and unorganized! I went into the clinic to get my dog’s meds refilled and asked to set up a weight check! They said “we do weight checks here and they don’t cost anything. Would you like to set up an appointment?” I said “sure I’d love to”. So I set up my appointment for a weight check and then I asked if we could add a different service on top of it! Then, when I went in for my appointment, all they did was the procedure that cost something but they didn’t give me my weight check that they said was for free! When I asked about the weight check, they said oh nope she’s good and I never got t

I cannot praise this place enough, genuinely. I lost two of my pets 4 months apart, and Dr Smith was so gentle and kind in explaining what was wrong with them even though I was a sobbing mess. The ladies at the front desk are always attentive and answer all my questions, even if they have to call me back later. The rest of the staff is friendly, warm, and clearly very capable- they did X rays on my 120 pound dog without issue! Couldn’t recommend more!
