Airway Animal Clinic

I am extremely disappointed in the level of care my dog received at this clinic. I brought my dog in for a torn nail that got stripped off the quick but was still attached to him. I was told he would be sedated and that he “wouldn’t have much pain.” However, during the procedure, his legs began quivering and he physically reacted in his sleep as if he was in significant pain. When I brought it up, she just said, “oh he’s fine, he isn’t feeling it much.” Watching that was extremely distressing, especially after being reassured that he would be comfortable and being dismissed when I addressed it, was very concerning. After the procedure, his paw was wrapped, but when I asked for extra wrap in case it came off (which is very common with dogs, even with a cone), I was refused. I specifically

Airway Animal Clinic is a great place to take your pets for your annual visits or if your baby is a little under the weather. The staff is courteous, attentive and efficient. The doctors are very knowledgeable and understanding of all your concerns. Most of all, everyone working there loves animals of all shapes and sizes and it is reflected in their work from check in till check out.
