Dr Jackie is a rare soul and a kind, compassionate Vet! Thank you Dr Jackie for your after hours care in our time of need. What a wonderful facility.

Dr. Poggi & staff were exceptional clinically and emotionally. I felt such genuine empathy and compassion from them and they cared for our dog like it was one of their own. I am so grateful to them for the heart they put into practice and how they go above and beyond. Thankful and blessed to have them on Island.

The best vet. Although I was there for unfortunate circumstances, I don’t think I would have wanted anyone else to handle my baby. I was not registered with them but They were able to squeeze me in to get a last minute appointment, the wait time was not very long at all. The entire staff was so sweet and professional. They truly have the best interest for your animals. Sadly with the severity of my dogs injuries, it was best that I put her down. They were so understanding and patient as we went thru the process of our last goodbyes. Everyone there was so compassionate. It wasn’t until I left did I realize they were working thru out their lunch break to provide my animal with the car she needed. This was 2 weeks ago and I just received a condolence letter in the mail from the vet and staff.

Dr. Jackie and staff are great. You can really tell how much Dr. Jackie and the team love and care for the animals they treat. I've never seen a vet sit on the floor with a dog to enjoy some doggie love and kisses. Really heartwarming. Always a pleasant experience all around.

We drive all the way from Captain Cook to Waimea to go to this vets office! The team is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Today we saw Dr. Poggi for our Dairy Goat, O'o. She was so thorough and caring and sent us home with all the goodies we need to care for our Dairy Baby. Although we never look forward to circumstances that send us to the vet - we do enjoy visiting the team at Aina Hou!
