I cannot say enough good things about After Hours Animal Hospital. From the moment we walked in with my dog in severe shock from GDV/bloat, every single person we encountered was calm, competent, and deeply kind. Steven at the front desk was incredible — patient, steady, and reassuring during one of the most terrifying moments of my life. He never once made me feel like a burden for asking questions or calling to check on Athena the following day, and that alone meant more than he probably knows. Becca, the nurse tech, was knowledgeable, compassionate, and so reassuring. She kept me updated while Athena was in surgery and helped ground me when everything felt overwhelming. We have loved working with Dr. Mobley and her Oncology crew at After Hours Animal Hospital. They have been so kind and gentle in caring for us and our dog Charlie as they treat her for cancer. We are so grateful to have a place in Arkansas to be able to give her the care she needs and that Dr. Mobley and her crew have provided such superb care for her.

My Laila had breathing issues on New Years Day and no one in the area was open. I live in Texas and was visiting family about 2 hrs away. I called to ensure they were open and had an oxygen chamber and Raven assured me they'd be able to see Laila. As soon as we arrived, Steven and Raven greeted us with such kindness and respect and got Laila back and into oxygen. Dr Cychol and her technician (I never caught his name) were kind, thorough, and professional. Dr Cychol took the time to explain possible causes and treatment options. Although Laila wound up having to stay the night to stabilize, Dr C gave me a call as soon as her labs came back and said she'd need compounded medicine from a local pharmacy (she's tiny) and even called it in to ensure it was ready by the time I drove back down the

The front desk workers were amazing. However not a fan of this vet. After saying I couldn't afford the costs because of my income, he laughed and said I could. I'm sure they have taken care of many animals and I'm sure they've done a great job sometimes but personally. I do not recommend this place! Go elsewhere so they can detect the issue and you can have a chance to help your fur baby. Again, great front desk staff.

I’m so thankful Dr Jessica Mobley DVM,DACVIM oncology decided to practice at After Hour Animal Hospital in North Little Rock Arkansas. Ozzie my 7 year old cocker spaniel was diagnosed with subcutaneous mast cell cancer after a removal of a tumor recently. Dr Mobley has been wonderful explaining how to proceed with the best treatment plan for Ozzie. Ozzie loves her & the staff they are knowledgeable & caring with him. When I first heard Ozzie had cancer & it’s not good my heart hit the floor. It’s a lot if you love your fur babies to process. Thank you Dr Mobley for taking care of me & Ozzie!
