Last July, we took our dog in because she was not eating, she lethargic, and her heath seemed to be declining. On our first visit to this office, our dog was feeling well enough to walk in. The doctor we saw, gave her medicine to see if it would help. The meds didn't help, she had no appetite for food or water, she was weak, she couldn't stand. We ended up taking our dog back to this office, only to be told that she was losing blood, and was needing a blood transfusion or she would die within weeks. So because the blood transfusion would cost around 5k, we feared we'd have to either put her down, or just wait until she takes her last breath. I was seeking a vet all around and majority had rocket high prices. I came across this place and spoke with Mrs Liz. She was polite and very informative on the phone from start to finish. When i went in for my furbaby appointment, she was the same way there in person. Actually all 3 of the ladies that worked that day were. Moving on to the back. I was welcomed politely by Asal and Asal knew everything that I was asking about with no hesitation she provided me with direct informative answers. Kudos to Asal. I’m so grateful for Affordable Pet Clinic! They were able to see my puppy right away, even though they weren’t taking walk-ins, and gave her the care she needed to get back to health. My Honest Review of the Affordable Pet Clinic-Katy: I have withheld from reviewing here after multiple negative experiences at this vet clinic over the last year. My dog has been a patient here for vaccinations and a routine check-up. I have attempted to resolve my concerns over email and over the phone with little or no success prior to my review. Positives: Overall the business has generally kind or friendly staff. They also provide reasonable prices for vaccinations. Their walk-in clinic is also a very helpful feature, or it could be if executed more efficiently. Negatives: I have had several different kinds of problems when dealing with this clinic. These problems primarily stemmed from poor communication practices, faulty computer systems, inexperienced staff, and being far too bus

Great clinic! Liz, at the front desk is really kind, helpful and always greets everyone with a smile as we walk in. The vet and staff take such great care of our puppies and explain everything clearly. Excellent service, Thank you!
