Advanced Animal Emergency

My sweet baby was met with quick care and provided comfort and support in a very scary situation of uncertainty about what exactly was happening. I was devastated and scared I’d be saying goodbye to my baby unexpectedly, and the care team made me feel very informed, supported, and hopeful. My sweet boy made a miraculous recovery in their care and I can tell he was met with such warmth and love 🤍 they were truly so happy for him and his turn around, we cried together over it (shout out to nurse Taneal - I am probably mis-spelling her name but she met us with such a kindred spirit, we felt very held in a super scary time). I would absolutely recommend them for any dire situation or emergency!

Please please do not bring your fur babies here. My baby has been coughing for a little while and I brought him in to have them say he had bronchitis and provided him medication. It was informed to me by Alex Pollock that he was showings signs of a heart disease but told me he was stable enough to see his primary vet to start medication bc he had an appointment in a few days and sent him home with medication to try and treat his bronchitis but did nothing for his wheezing. Following morning he started declining and I took him back up there and he saw Maria Rivera and she told me that he had backed up stool and he is panting because he couldn’t use the bathroom and provided him antibiotics to take with food even after I told her he wasn’t eating. my Beanie got the best care from the most compassionate and caring people in the world during her final moments. she was really sick and I didn’t know before it was too late. they did everything they could for her and I am so grateful. she was warm, hydrated, and constantly being watched. I called like 2 hours after dropping her off bc I was so worried about her, and they told me they’ve been talking to her, calling her by her name, and doing different things to make her comfortable physically. I felt so much better. Unfortunately, she was too sick. They let us be with her privately as long as we wanted and just were so caring from beginning to end. You can 100% trust your pet getting proper care and attention here. Here’s me and beans first picture together vs last in her memory :)

I brought my dog here for bloating, pale gums, and other symptoms. They immediately got her into x-rays and then brought us into a room and discussed the x-rays with us. She had a ruptured tumor that was bleeding internally, causing the bloating. The vet was extremely compassionate and kind to us during such a difficult time. He was honest and respectful. My dog was 12 years old and there just was no good solution to her condition because of her age and the likelihood of cancer. We had to euthanize her that day so she wasnt suffering anymore. I wish I remembered the vets name so I could include it on here. But thank you so much for your kindness and honesty before, during, and after she was euthanized. I have brought a couple of animals here in the past and always had a good experience. I am writing the review now because my cat Alice unfortunately needed to be put to sleep, but the doctor who took care of the process was very gentle. They explained what would happen beforehand and they gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. It was tough but we felt like we were in good hands. They also passed off my special instructions to the cremation company and I was pleased with the service of that company as well, so a good partnership in my opinion. Thank you for doing everything in your power to make sure to minimize emotional trauma and make Alice’s last moments peaceful.
