This place is honestly great the birds are well taken care of. The two birds we got were so well integrated with people even before it's a good place to shop

I walked into this store excited to buy toys and food for my birds, and I left feeling genuinely upset. Instead of a place focused on care and education, I saw rows of small, overcrowded cages filled with birds that had nothing to do all day but sit on dowel perches. There was no enrichment, no space, and no sign that their mental or emotional needs were being considered. Many of the conures were missing their tail feathers, which was heartbreaking to see. Parrots are intelligent, sensitive animals, and feather damage like that is often linked to stress, overcrowding, and improper housing. The noise inside the store was overwhelming, and it felt less like a pet shop and more like a constant state of panic for the birds trapped inside. Came here two years ago and bought a sweet cockatiel for a good price, came again today at 3 and no one opened the store. Very disappointing as it was a very long drive and i was actually planning on buying another bird. Wish they were true to their times on their website.

We just bought a conure from Alonso and he is absolutely the best! Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but eager to share his insight to ensure we made the best decisions. He’s got an amazing selection of birds that he carefully selects from breeders and personally cares for them from a young age. We felt super confident buying from him and knew we got the best deal too. Even his young daughter was able to lend her expertise! Would recommend with flying colors.

He was very knowledgeable and I could tell he wasn't all about only the money he could make, he actually really cared about his birds, the cages and floors were clean as well as all of the cages and their water and all of the birds looked healthy and the feathers were all in good shape. I have included pictures of the 7 month old Quaker parrot I bought from him, and my bird is very sweet and gentle and not flighty and has not yet tried to bite or nip, I was able to hold him and pet him from the time he handed him to me, he doesn't sex them, you have to get that done yourself.
