Kellie is a grooming superhero. She was all by herself this particular day and I could tell she had her hands full. Despite this, she showed so much love and care into her work. This is the second time I've taken Teddy here and he LOVES it. He has been to other grooming places before, but this is the first groomer that he actually gets so excited to see when we pull up to the building. His fur was a mess and he was in desperate need of a groom. Kellie did an amazing job! He looks like a brand new pup ❤ We have found our new permanent groomer. Thanks Kellie, you rock!

My experience with this place was not a good one. Before I even got to the door some young girl comes rushing out to grab my dogs without asking my name, appointment, or anything. Just starts lunging for the dogs and pulling on them. I told her they are rescues and please be slow. That freaked them out. Inside is a baby screaming in a playpen. No one is tending to him. He's living his life in a playpen tucked in a dark corner. I asked if Crystal was in, since my appointment was with her, and I was told she would be there any minute. Crystal was there when I came to get my dogs, but I found out that someone else groomed them. Crystal just smiled and said, "It's chaos around here." She has no control over her business and my dogs were very stressed out when I picked them up. One

OMG 😃 My wife and I take our Chow Mix in twice a year for a bath deshed and trim. When we get her back from the places that we were going to, she would come back still losing a ton of fur, nails not clipped, and usually a little bit nervous. We found Kellie and decided that it wouldn't hurt to try out another groomer. The worst that could happen is she would come back in the usual condition. What a difference there is between places. We got the call to come pick her up and she LOOKS AMAZING 🥰 Kellie was able to get her properly deshed. Nails trimmed and bloomers on. Said she was great to work with (one of our previous groomers was bitten because she was so harsh with her) and that she was really friendly with Kellie. I guess it really does matter who you go to. We had a great experience with Above and Beyond Dog Grooming. They did a fantastic job grooming our dog. We made two future appointments for the time we will be in this area.

My pup Diesel got the best bath, cut and groom he has EVER had at Above & Beyond in Showlow. Staff was so attentive, professional and made me and Diesel feel like we were the most important client ever. Thank you for this amazing experience.
