The staff and the doctor were fantastic. They got me in immediately and took great care of my 19 year-old cat. They were very empathic, thorough and explained what my options were. They did not pressure me into doing anything I did not feel comfortable doing. We got an antibiotic shot, and my cat is feeling better than ever. I have been bringing my pets to Aborn for over 30 years and have always received excellent care.

It’s easy to make appointment for my cat needs medical attention for not eating & drinking for 3 days & they wont force you to take all recommendations for your pet. I choose the one that I want for my cat for now. I might do some of their recommendations in the future, but due to budget tight - I choose what is needed for now. The ff. day my cat got better & he started to eat. Dr. Lee & staffs in Aborn is so nice, patient, knowledgeable & approachable. Thank you so much for the ABORN PET HOSPITAL Fremont .❤️🙏🏻🎉

Dr Ravi Mann is wonderful. He communicates with me, so that I am involved in the care of my cat, he answers questions, he is clear in explaining results of my cat’s exams and any follow up needed. My cat is a senior of over 14, who has fear aggression around vets, and has needed to be sedated to be examined. Dr Ravi Mann has taken the time to adapt the timing of what needs to be done so we can schedule her appointments to be the easiest on my cat as possible without compromising the care she needs. I have been with Aborn for about 8 years and have seen two different vets and have been very satisfied with my experience at Aborn. The office staff id also knowledgeable and very helpful, both in person and by phone.

We had a guinea pig who suddenly became ill and I called to see if they could exam her. They had a same day appointment and scheduled us. Upon our arrival and through the entire process the staff and veterinarian were considerate and very gentle. Our pet was very sick and had to be euthanized. The staff was very mindful of our grief and they were so thoughtful through the entire process.

I'm happy with the service they provide. However, I'm not happy about charging a $9.99 fee for needle disposal. I'm not sure if other pet hospitals charge a similar fee.
