Definitely not coming back here. They’ve never had an issue with honoring Amazon or Tractor. Now the boss decides “maybe I can honor Amazon” then I carry the bag to the front and he say “nope can’t do lol” sure hope that 10 dollars was worth losing this loyal customer.

My husband took our dog here for a nail trim. He didn’t allow us to trim them at home because he was nervous so we wanted to take him to a professional. Needless to say, this is not the place for a professional. The woman who trimmed his nails was unnecessarily rough with him. She attempted to try and tell my husband how to hold our dog, and when he wiggled due to anxiety and discomfort, she roughly grabbed his scruff, yelled “No” at him, and pushed his head down. All while telling my husband “you have to show him who’s boss” and “show him you’re in charge”. Our dog is extremely sweet and mild mannered. At no point was he displaying behavior that would permit this treatment. She continued yelling at my dog and being unnecessarily rough to the point that my husband had to stop the service b

They carry all the good pet supplies at great prices, and I always find everything I need for my cats. It’s so nice having a local spot I can count on for both quality and service. We love Jackie , she has been sparrow’s groomer and we love her attention to detail, she is very gentle with my puppy since he gets super nervous at the groomer. Looks like he is finally warming up to the idea and we love his cuts !
