He will come out and do a proper measurement of you area's of interest and also assess your home. He will walk you through the steps of how the removal and installation will take place. Cannot say enough good things about them. We just had new carpeting and hardwood floors installed in our home and we cannot be more pleased and impressed! They were amazing to work with and did an excellent job. The new owner was very personable. They went above and beyond and were very detail oriented installing our hardwood floors. The carpets are soft and look amazing. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for incredible service and new flooring in their home.

About a year ago, when we first moved into our house, Abbey's installed a remnant in two rooms upstairs and we couldn't have been happier. They were friendly and affordable and the installation was great. A couple of weeks ago, our son made a mess on the floor of his room and we needed a new carpet pronto. This time, the salesman took advantage of our urgency and sold us a new carpet that was more expensive and had such a strong odor of chemicals (VOCs) that it was bothering our son for days after it was installed. In all, this carpet for one room cost almost as much as what it cost for two rooms last year. When my wife went into the store to talk to the salesman, he flat out dismissed her concerns about the chemicals and denied that he had in any way taken advantage of us. He called the
