My experience with this place has been extremely disappointing, and if it were possible, I would give this business a negative rating. The last straw came down today when I went to pick my dogs up and she had both my 40-pound Australian Shepard and my 15-pound Shih Tzu crammed into one cage together so small that they were on top of each other and could not move. This is not the first time that my dogs have been mishandled at this shop. My Australian Shepard has been repeatedly burned with the razor on his underside. The last time it happened it became infected, and I had to take him to the vet for antibiotics. Adding to the frustration, the owner is the most unfriendly person I have met in a long time. I cannot recall a single instance where she even said hello or smiled. What is e

I am writing this review in their parking lot because they did amazing on my mini Goldendoodle. I will not go anywhere else!!! They squeezed me in last minute and I am so happy I found them. They are the BEST groomer I have been to. Very passionate about what they do. Gives great helpful tips and treated my dog amazing! Thank you so much AAA cuddle pups for everything!

I made an appointment to bring my dog in at 10 am, when I got there they told me they had a lot of big dogs that day and that she wouldn't be ready until 3. I don't know why I had to drop her off that far in advance if she would be waiting for hours to be groomed. At check in, there was a young child that wasn't being supervised and ran at my dog twice, which made my dog nervous because she is not used to children. I asked the child nicely, both times, to please not pet my dog because she is shy. The child did not listen to me or the adult that was supposed to be watching her, who only came to get her when she noticed I was not thrilled. Why is there a child running around unsupervised in a grooming salon anyway? The woman checking me in made a joke about it like the child needed to learn.
