His pricing is very fair, and aside from one minor hiccup (which was expected given the condition of the property), everything went smoothly. Ali is not only experienced and skilled, but also genuinely kind and passionate about his work. I especially enjoyed hearing his stories and learning about his deep love for Persian carpets—I even ended up purchasing one for my living room. The quality and pricing were unbeatable. We have bought three rugs here and are very satisfied customers. They carry a great variety of rugs that can fit into all different budgets. It is best to call the store to make an appointment. Ali will show you around but there is no "hard sell" behavior. You will be glad you went to A to Z!

He is a compassionate, friendly, and very polite gentleman who shows a tremendous amount of patience in ensuring you get exactly what you want - and need.
