A Cut Above

Unprofessional and unpleasant experience. Corrine was rude, the grooming job was sloppy, and the service did not match the price. pretty sure she was drunk as well. Communication was poor, and I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be coming back. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.

Alicia was amazing with my ACD mix. I got her from the shelter and as a result of being abandoned, she had urine scald. Alicia was thorough about getting as much urine out of her fur as possible without shaving her. I was so nervous about leaving my baby somewhere for so long, but when I went to pick her up, she was just chilling Alicia. Didn’t seem stressed or unhappy. She seemed like she was treated very well. Not to mention she smelled AMAZING. Fair prices, very friendly and dog-experienced groomers. Overall I’m very very happy with my experience and will be returning.

Alicia is the best!!!! Makes sure to get my cats in when it's quiet and she will just spot shave.

First time going and Emily did a phenomenal job with my Golden retriever Mochi! She was very kind to hear how I wanted him trimmed (show style). I could tell her experience after he was done. Appreciate her so much taking such good care of my baby
