A Cat Clinic

I just moved to Jacksonville and went here when my cat had a suspected UTI from the move. Is this the cutest place ever for cat lovers??? All the decor and exam rooms are set up for cats. And they have ostrich feathers in the room to play with your cat. The vet and the tech actually sat on the floor with my cat to examine her. And we’re so nice about offering options with consideration of budget. The vet and everyone was so nice.

My cat has asthma and was in distress when I reached out to this clinic for help. I called and emailed multiple times during an emergency and received no response. When I came in person, the front desk was cold and dismissive, showing little care or urgency. As a Black woman, I honestly couldn’t tell if their treatment was just unkind or racially motivated and that uncertainty is deeply painful. After that visit, I continued to call and email for help when my cat needed more medication and started losing balance, but I was ignored again. I even asked to speak with a manager, who dismissed me and chose to email instead of having a real conversation over the phone. Before writing this review, I left several voicemails explaining that I would contact the Better Business Bureau if I continued

We were extremely fortunate to find this vet. My little man was not acting himself and we had 2 different vet offices we were using before finding this vet clinic. Neither of his vets were listening to me just running blood work and telling me he was healthy and fine. When I stumbled on this vet on Google I called and even as a new patient they welcomed up with in a day with a new appointment. They listened to what I had to say and actually put their hands on him and not just run blood work. I was advised to head straight to the ER with him to get MRI. I called back the next day bc the we was inconclusive and a different Dr at this clinic met with me and also actually put her hands on him. Together we reviewed his previous vets reports, the ers reports and she felt something in his stomach

Love Dr Rogers. She is the best cat Vet ever. She sits on the floor with the cat and is so very gentle with each cat. Its not all about the money for her either. Thank you Dr Rogers and the staff at the Mandarin Cat Clinic.

We are fortunate enough to live 5 minutes away from the San Jose location and have nothing but praise to give for how the staff treat our three cats. Both locations in Jacksonville are well-managed and the service we receive each time makes us feel safe bringing our babies in for any reason
