Today I took my dog ​​to get her hair cut, and it was a terrible experience. Besides the awful cut, they damaged her nails. I had to go back to the groomer because one of her paws was bleeding heavily, and the owner was incredibly arrogant. She said it was normal, that she had 35 years of experience, and that I shouldn't tell her how to do her job. What an experience! I brought my fur baby in on today thinking I would get good quality service and when I picked her up her cut was horrible my baby had deep cuts all over her which I expected some nicks here and there being that she was somewhat matted but this patchy uneven cut looks horrible not only that the owner felt the need to text my phone getting sassy 0/10 my baby will not be back! I will never cheat on her original dog groomer again lesson definitely learned!!!
