Dr G. Has been my vet for 30+ years. I could give you many examples. However,I'm just going to say that she is an incredible vet. The time and effort that she has put in to figure out problems with my huskies and malamute is incredible. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You and your staff are absolutely amazing.

It's hard to give this hospital a good rating. Process was fast, employees were friendly and building was comfortable. Problem is when you come in because your cat has an eye infection and they want to start with rabies and leukemia testing and treatments, yearly flu shots, they will run you up to the thousands if they can. I can understand testing for diseases, but the vaccine situation is a scam. I felt like I was pressured into getting my cat vaccinations in order to get a very simple antibiotic that used to not even be prescription required until last year.

Dr. G is the most caring and knowledgeable vet! Nick, her husband, and the office staff are so helpful. It's a family atmosphere! They take wonderful care of my 3 dogs and 2 cats! I highly recommend 9-Tel! ❤️ 💜 💖

The personal touch both my pet and I receive from the doctors there is second to none.. I drive down all the way from Lake Orion to visit doctors G! Thanks for being the best to us!

I had a terrible experience with this clinic. After my cat’s spay surgery, she developed life-threatening complications and nearly died. Needed emergency care, including a blood transfusion. When I came back to this clinic, they first promised to help me and refund the costs, but later told me it was my fault for going to the emergency hospital to save my cat’s life. When I mentioned that I might need to contact a lawyer, they told me they would no longer speak with me. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Instead of taking responsibility, they dismissed me and left me with about $5k bills. Pet owners deserve honesty, accountability, and compassion. Unfortunately, I did not receive any of that here.
