I'll be honest this is not my vet of choice in the first place but my family chooses to go here. I brought my moms cat in for her since she has a new job that is very demanding. I said the cat was lethargic, wasn't eating/drinking, making weird movements with her mouth (which I said I had on video because i didn't know how to explain the movement), amd she was throwing up foam. Now since this wasn't my cat I did not have a lot of info on her history but still I feel as if they could have done more. When you walk in the clinic is very unwelcoming. Dark and dreary. My appointment was at 3:15 and I got there at 3:05. And the vet didn't even come into the room until 3:40. I waited with my cat and once he came in he examined her. He asked me some of her history which I was not able to answer, t

Crowder gives Dr. Brummell 4 paws up for excellent care (and incredible patience with his spaniel/doodle- attitude :)). Cannot speak highly enough of this practice. Everyone and everything, from the incredible techs (who answer questions I never thought I would ask due to having a chaotic puppy), and Dr. Brummell's incredible patience; to unbelievably affordable costs for everything from office visits to surgery is AMAZING at this practice. Highly recommend Dr. Brummell!!

5th avenue animal hospital has to be the most honest veterinary experience I've had. They don't reccomend unnecessary services and are beyond fair in their pricing. Was almost scared into an unnecessary and extremely expensive procedure by another veterinary office, only to find out from Dr. Brummel that it was completely unneeded.

called asking for pricing and recommendations for a new puppy as I am new to pet ownership. the receptionist didn't introduce herself when she answered which was the first red flag. then she rudely told me they are not taking any new clients. understandable but don't have to yell at me! would not offer any advice or help other than to call someone else. I asked for her name and there was a long pause before she answered CJ. sounds like me and my pup dodged a bullet.

Great Vet! My boxer needed a c-section in the middle of the night and they were very helpful! Surgery went great and my boxer was given professional care! The nurses put lots of effort forth to wake up and get the puppies stimulated! The vet and 2 nurses having to get out of bed in the middle of the night to help my dog and all of them were in a great mood!! Treat your hardworking veterinarians with the respect they deserve!! My 5 stars to the whole crew at 5th Ave!!👍
