Each time I have taken my dog(s) to Veterinary Medical Center we are treated with the utmost friendliness and respect. The office is SPOTLESS! Everyone is compassionate and thorough. My dog has allergies and I am SO grateful that all I normally need to do is call the office & tell the tech what is going on. They always call me back w/in a very reasonable amount of time. Normally I they don't insist that I bring him in, which saves me the cost of an office visit. When I adopted my dog he was just turning 5 yrs old and had never been to the vet in his life. They are fabulous even when I just bring him in for his nail trim (that's why we went last month)

Michael is an Amazing Tech. Be nice to Michael. Was so gentle and professional with my shy lil girl. She was nervous but he calmed her.

I took my dog there for end of life care because of terminal cancer. They botched the whole thing, my friend died in fear, and pain. I would never take another pet to them

We have 6 cats and now this little girl. They take great care and always spend time to answer questions about my cats. Dr. Semmens made sure this little girl was seen right away that we were concerned about. Romeo needed his teeth removed and the surgery went well. He recovered quickly. I trust them with my cats.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Stone and her amazing team at the Veterinary Medical Center of Lebanon. They went above and beyond for my family and my cat, Pumba, when we needed it most. Despite having a full schedule, they managed to squeeze us in last minute without hesitation—and from the moment we arrived, we were treated with genuine compassion and professionalism. Dr. Stone was incredibly thorough, kind, and attentive, making sure Pumba was comfortable and well taken care of every step of the way. You can truly tell how much she and her staff care about both the animals and their humans. It was such a relief to be in such capable and caring hands during a stressful time. Thank you again to Dr. Stone and everyone at VMC of Lebanon—you’ve earned a lifelong client in us!
