4 Paws Pet Grooming

It was a great experience for us and our Berkeley who normally doesn't like to be groomed. She came home cleaned and nails perfect, and now asked to be brushed everyday.

Today was my first visit to 4Paws. What a great place! Excellent service, very professional. A calm environment. None of the dog's seemed stressed out. All employees were calm and relaxed. They did a 1st grooming on my pomeranian. My little guy wasn't stressed out at all when I picked him up and his groomer did an amazing job on him, she asked what I wanted, found a picture of the cut I wanted and I'm so pleased with how it turned out. I will be taking him back.

Wonderful owners, wonderful staff, and great talent! they are very warm and friendly, have a group of young professional women doing grooming. They also offer boarding for dogs, but that actually seems pretty pricey for $18, which doesn't seem to include the nighttime (if I'm not mistaken. Please call to check on prices). Beautiful grounds, and I was told that somebody stays with the dogs throughout the night, so that there never alone. How nice is that?!?!

I called their number to ask about getting my dog an appt for grooming since we've just moved to the area. The lady I spoke to was very rude and unwelcoming and after having to ask about when there would be any upcoming available appts she told me she doesn't make the appointments for groomers. Didn't offer to tell me how to go about scheduling something. Absolutely the most unprofessional customer service I've ever experienced. I won't bring my dog to this place if this is how they treat someone.
