The staff here are most pleasant to work with. I especially liked that they shared available options for vaccinations and treatments for my new dog as opposed to telling me which they were going to give her. It’s good to have the option of choices like it was years ago. The tech and vet were both wonderful with my Terra and made her first visit non stressful for both of us. ❤️

Everyone was real nice and compassionate. We had our Cat Bob cross over. They deserve 5 stars. Im still sad over my cat but I know hes no longer suffering.

From the moment they answered the phone to make the appointment, the staff were incredibly kind and supportive. They truly took the time to listen to our story and our concerns about our rescue dog. The vets were professional, compassionate, and helped us through a tough decision. The whole team was amazing, even offering hugs when we needed it most. We just moved to MI and needed a new veterinarian for our two kitties. We noticed that 19 Mile Veterinary Hospital had great online reviews. We had a "welcome" visit so they could meet our kitties, learn about their medical issues, and write prescriptions for them. All the staff and the veterinarian were so nice to us and showed great compassion and care for our babies. We are pleased that we found them and look forward to working with them for many years to come.

18 months ago my precious Shadow had to be rushed to a vet. She had become deathly ill and I didn't know where to go. My best friend raced us to 19 MileVet hospital. Jo raced her inside as I struggled to not fall apart. The lobby was full but the ladies put us in a private room and raced to help Shadow. They couldn't save her but they rescued the two of us. For Mother's day my children found me a small dog that totally fills the hole Shadow left in my heart. I brought Buddy to 19 Mile Veterinary because if they could fight to save a dead dog and a rescue a dying owner Buddy needs and deserves the best and so 19 mile Veterinary Hospital is my choice of who I want for my Buddy's care.
