101 Pet Vet

I am extremely happy with 101 Vet Pet. I really like the fact that every time I bring in my pets, I see the same Vets. They get to know my dogs and I like that. I also like the fact that when I need them to see my pets, I can get them in within 1 to 2 days. Sometimes even the same day. The whole staff is nice and knowledgeable and I feel comfortable and safe bringing my pets to 101 Vet Pet. I highly recommend 101 Vet Pet.

Being new to the area, we didn’t have a primary vet set up yet so when our Austin showed signs of ear problems, we decided to go with 101 Pet Vet. The experience was great. They were able to get us an appointment the next day and there was no wait when we got there. Being a rescue, Austin is a shy boy but Dr. Spence and all the staff were very kind, patient, and accommodating. The appointment was very quick and they kept us informed on everything that was going on the whole time. Dr. Spence and the staff are very knowledgeable and we appreciated their help. Safe to say we have found our primary vet here. Thank you to everyone who took care of my boy today 😊

We have been a patient of them for several years and were happy with Dr Spence but they have added another Dr, have gotten too busy and seems to be lots of changes in their front office staff leading to my poor review. We brought my dog in for what was a split toenail and big toe swelling. They treated with antibiotics which I understand could be potential bacterial infection but I have also learned that they should have recommended a biopsy then also. They did not but when we brought our dog back in they put her on a 2nd round of antibiotics. What I have since learned is that should have been alarm to them that they were dealing with something else. I did then take my dog to a different vet and she has Subungual Malignant Melinoma, had surgery to remove tumor and it has spread to her lung

Extremely poor handling of an urgent medical situation. Despite calling first thing in the morning for a dog in clear distress (UTI), I was told no appointments were available until next week and no waitlist was offered. If you are looking for a vet that prioritizes urgent care for their patients, look elsewhere. We are currently traveling to an emergency clinic in LA because this office showed zero flexibility or compassion.

We recently had to put our sweet Girl Gypsy down, 101 Pet Vet staff were VERY caring and Helpful during this difficult time. They went above and beyond to explain the procedure in detail and what to expect. I have been with 101 pet vet for a little over 2 years and they have always been honest and fair with prices, and Dr Spence is awesome as well as all the staff.. Thank you for making that dark day a little less dark with your kindness. Highly recommend.
