I love that this groomer goes the extra mile and provides bandanas and bows, in addition to doing an adorable photo shoot with the pets! Love them! I will definately be back!
Vikkie has been grooming my 10 yo GSD Bella for the past 4-5 years. She is always professional, responsive, & does an excellent job along with her entire staff.
Had a 230pm appointment today where they originally said they could pick up our dog and bring him back afterwards. Last minute they texted us saying they could no longer pick him up. That was no big deal… my wife took off work two hours early to bring him in, and nobody was there. And nobody would answer their phones… Not very impressed.
Hailey is AMAZING! Her love and dedication to her fury clients is unmatched. Will absolutely be back!
They did a wonderful job on the dog. The staff was vary gentle and caring.
