Zia Vet Clinic (Zia Mobile Vet)

I recently moved to las cruces and have a number of pets that I care a great deal about.More than I care about most people l o l, not knowing the city or the entities here, a number of people recommended me the a vet clinic for my pets needs. I was totally impressed when I went and met the staff there.They made it seem like i've known them for twenty years.And that I was going to a barbecue at somebody's house instead of going to an animal hospital. When your dog is in need and in trouble and hurting the last thing you wanna do is have any stress with the staff. My dogs even like them and they hate everybody l o l. I was very apprehensive about going to a new vet because I'd been going to the same vet for years. And years and years. The way my dogs acted while they were there, put me at.Ea

Zia Vet Clinic - Zia Mobile Vet are definitely the best veterinarians and staff that I’ve ever used, and I’m a senior citizen who has had animals my entire life. The reception staff are super friendly and cheerful, the vet assistant, again, super friendly and patient with our 60 pound dog who experienced anxiety on her first clinic visit. We had them out to our home for her first and second vet appointments. The mobile service is great, but we wanted to have “RA” experience actually going to the clinic this time. The vet is always so incredibly supportive and informative. Offered advice as to who would be a good trainer for RA. She is an obedient and intelligent dog, but at 60+ pounds, strong and strong willed, she just need to loose a little stubbornness! We will continue to use Zia Vet C

Update: 1 week after this wonderful first checkup I had an emergency with one of my rabbits, they do not take “very many” walk ins and don’t do emergency visits for exotic pets. So now I just have to wait and see what happens with my poor rabbit. I was very excited to have found a vet to bring my rabbits to but now there really is no reason to come to this vet office, they may as well be like every other office in town and just say they do not see exotic pets. Such a friendly welcoming environment! Everyone was very friendly and helpful here from the front desk person to the vet tech to the dr. Everyone was patient kind and answered all of my questions and concerns in detail. The prices here are very reasonable. Absolutely would recommend this veterinarian office!

Dr Short has been our vet for many years and I couldn't imagine using any other clinic than Zia. Dr Rucks is also great and has seen our animals. The techs are friendly and helpful. The new building is a wonderful place to bring your animals. It's an inviting and professional place.

The Zia Vet Clinic saved the life of our new furry family member. She was abandoned and showed up at our door. She hadn't been with us very long before we knew she was quite ill. The doctors were able to get us in right away, diagnose the problem and come up with a treatment plan. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. My husband and I can't begin to thank all the caring professionals at Zia. They are the absolute best!
