If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order in 2 months ago for over $300. It never shipped. I contacted them numerous times with absolutely no response. I also emailed the company directly and called them. Nothing. They finally wrote back after I tried cancelling the order saying it was shipping the next day. I was very clear that I needed the order by 12/8. I again messaged multiple times with no response asking for a tracking number and confirming it was sent. I sent a final message today saying if it didn’t make it to me by tomorrow the order needs to be cancelled. And if they tried to charge me for it I will contest it with my credit card company. They finally wrote back (it took me threatening them for a simple response) and she told me it never shipped and I could have 20%

Amazing quality and service! My dog absolutely loves them. I have been ordering the monthly box for a year now. Ziggy already ate some, but look at these artful cookies with great ingredients! We have never had an issue with breakage.

My pup Roscoe and all his fur friends absolutely LOVE all of goodies and cannot get enough of them! They are some spoiled fur babies for sure!! I love the variety of treats they have for every holiday and/or occasion!

I requested an order for my dogs birthday. The order arrived 4 weeks after his birthday. Keep in mind, all decorations were purchased to go hand in hand with the order, that never arrived. I messaged this shop on their website, called the number on the website and messaged them on social. They read the messages on social media and no response. I am requesting a refund for my purchase and still awaiting. I would not support this small business. I have receipts and it's unfortunate it came down to a review as I requested a refund to move on past this and not need to write a review.
