Ysleta Carpets

Amazing company. I went in, chose my carpet, made an appointment. The guys showed up on time, did an awesome job quickly and efficiently. Love their work!

The carpet was not installed the right way.. I told the man I wanted something in a brown color.. They installed a grey color carpet.. I will now have to spend more money in replacing what they stalled.. I called the company and the man insinuated it was what I asked for.. Which is not true.. I will never do business with them.. Be careful

Do not recommend. they have poor communication with customers. Had installation rescheduled 3 times. Each time it was rescheduled I had to call the office to find out if anyone was coming after no one showed up at the time they said they would be here. Gave me every excuse possible and then tried to charge me $50 for a refund.

I went to Ysleta Carpet; they were very friendly, seemed very helpful, and professional. I chose a carpet and was told they would be at my house on Tuesday for an estimate. No one showed up, and no one called to explain why. This is no way to run a business if you can keep a simple appointment what can be expected of their work.
