Your Proper Pooch

I took my 10 year old Shih-tzu, Penny, to them. We rescued Penny 2 years ago and she had some aggression issues toward strange dogs. We have been working on building up her leash training, confidence boosting and introducing her slowly to other dogs. So far, she is progressing well and was able to be in the same space as another dog and showed no signs of aggression. I am very happy with the results we are getting. The facility is clean and calm for timid dogs. The price for the program is more than fair. I would recommend Your Proper Pooch to anyone.

We took our shelter rescue to YPP for a 6-week class shortly after we adopted him. I think it was as educational for us as it was for him! He loved going to class every week, and did really well. We were very pleased. I can see us going back for another session and working on some more advanced skills soon!

The best place for positive one on one classes no matter what the need. Therapy dog, service dog, basic and extended obedience, and trick dog, provided by AKC evaluators. No prong collars or E collars allowed. Classes tailored to each student. Excellent pricing.

Strive to do their best! Many many years of experience in training and showing dogs. Using positive words and commands and rewarding the dogs accordingly to help teach the dogs with love and patience. Would deffinately recommend to any friends and family! Thank you so much!!
