Customer Reviews
Just moved to the area, animal control came out and removed a bunny from my window well. Getting covers put on so it doesn’t happen again, but was very impressed on how quickly they came out and most of all how nice the officer was who removed the bunny and set it free! The officer who came out was from the city of Billings animal control. Glad to see how much she cared, not just for helping me out, but the bunny as well!😊
Called 4 times and left messages to get stray dog from neighborhood. Still no response and dog is still here, wandering neighborhood. 3 days later...
Honestly, no experience yet, and hopefully wont have to be one. The first review I read sounds like someone exactly like our neighbors who can't keep their dog home. Hoping Animal control can take care of our issue If talking to the owners for the 3rd time to keep their beautiful unfixed female home doesn't work. Our boy is very well mannered and has no problem staying home and listening until orphans are let loose to run the neighborhood while in heat. Review will be adjusted depending on outcome , until then, go animal control!
The lack of quality from the animal control amazes me. They will leave a dead dog on the side of the road and not even acknowledge it knowing of the situation. Step up your game and do your jobs instead of making excuses why you can't pick up a dead dog. Should all be defunded by tax payer dollars.
If I could give 0 stars I would. They dont help when needed. They lie to you. They allow dogs to be abandoned, stolen, or hurt and still will not get involved. But if a dog barks for more than 8 minutes in an hour will come out and give you a ticket. They are not for animals, and they hate their Jobs.
