Y'Allred Acres Dog Training

As a veterinary professional, we have had so much positive feedback at our clinic that we keep Emily’s information for clients! I can’t say enough good things about Emily as both a dog trainer and pet sitter. Not only is she experienced in training unusual breeds, but is one of the only people in the world I’ve trusted with my reactive, nervous dog for in-home pet boarding (so much so that I have opted to take my pet with me if she isn’t available) Burger and Vista have both made incredible strides thanks to her classes!

I have been taking my dog to Y'allred Acres for Flyball lessons for a year now and absolutely love it. Emily is a wonderful trainer who is very knowledgeable. She has created such a welcoming environment and takes the time to get to know all the students and their owners. She understands each dog is different and adapts the lessons for each dog.

I cannot say enough good things about Emily and Y'allred Acres. Normally, we take our dogs with us on vacation, but there’s one week each fall where we can't. We’ve always relied on a trusted pet sitter to take care of Otis and Ellie during this time. However, Ellie passed away last year, and our pet sitter had a vacation planned the same week we were scheduled to be away. At 14, Otis had never been boarded before, and we didn’t want to put him through the stress of an unfamiliar kennel or leave him alone for long stretches. Emily is such a kind person and knowledgeable trainer. She is able to tailor her skills and advice depending on how your dog learns. Every dog is so different and it means a lot when you can train with someone who knows just what your dog needs. Her place is so welcoming and her yard is gorgeous! My dog always leaves here happy!
