Groomer failed to mention on two occasions that she clipped my dogs nail too short, and we had to take our pup to an urgent care clinic the most recent time to stop a bleed that lasted 12+ hours AND this groomer coincidentally did not check her phone for those 12 hours when we were trying to get ahold of her while freaking out about all of the blood. Not professional at all. My dog I’m sure can be a handle full, but groomers need to inform owners that a nail was cut too short and it can potentially bleed as soon as it happens!! Very shady
I had my 3 shitzues groomed today and she done an amazing job, reasonable rates ,peaceful environment ,an took the time to talk, most of all my dogs took up with her well.
My yorkie has been groomed by Lisa for over 11 yrs. She's good
