The front desk staff were incredibly kind, patient, and immediately showed genuine care for me and my kittens. (Servicio en español disponible.) ​As a new client, I wasn't sure what to expect, but the veterinarians were equally kind, patient, and clearly care very much about their patients. I was comforted to see they treated every patient who came in with the same consistent, high level of care. ​The prices here are lower than other places, which initially made me nervous about the quality. Very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. A couple weeks ago I brought my dog in for vaccines. When I arrived I was told my appointment would be about 15 minutes behind, but I ended up waiting over 30 minutes. When they took my dog to the back for his ears and shots and brought him back to me, he had peed all over himself and they didn’t even bother cleaning him up before handing him back to me. Today I returned for his booster shots and while I was literally sitting there waiting for my appointment, I received a text from the clinic saying my dog was due for vaccines and could come in on the 14th for their free clinic where there would be no tech fee. Staff are very friendly and helpful and truly care for you and your furry family members. Excellent experience and highly recommend. Also, several staff members are fluent in Spanish making access to animal care easier.

New Dr. Mo is caring and competent Vet. I had a negative experience there a year ago and swore I'd never be back. As luck would have it, I had to go back and feel Blessed that we did. The care and love she showed my aging Golden was/is above and beyond. I highly recommend.

We saw Dr. Marissa Komp today and she was amazing. She was so caring and compassionate. My dog needs surgery and she was up front with all costs and details. She is very personable and so kind. You can tell she really loves her job. That's very rare to find now a days! I will be bringing all of my animals to her in the future!
