For pet grooming, this location is genuinely agem. Ernesto is very kind and understanding, and it's obvious that he truly loves and comprehends cats. My cats look immaculate and feel content and at ease after each visit. The speed and flexibility of appointment scheduling, including same-day availability, really impress me. The entire experience is stress-free and enjoyable because the staff is consistently kind and welcoming.

Love this place! I have taken my two cats here multiple times and Ernesto is such a wonderful groomer and takes really good care of my babies. My cats always come back so clean and happy what I love most about this place is it doesn't take forever to make an appointment he's able to take in my cats Sameday sometimes. Very kind people

I took my Shih Tzu here twice. The first time, the service seemed good. However, during my most recent visit in September, I was extremely disappointed and concerned. When I picked up my dog, he seemed very sad and not like himself. I later noticed he had cuts on his private area. We had to take him to the vet, who confirmed the injuries and prescribed ointment. My dog wasn’t the same for a few weeks after that experience. MY REPLY TO THE OWNER STATING ITS A FAKE REVIEW: This is not a fake review. I literally live 3 blocks down. The groomer was an Hispanic male. I decided to give you a try because I live near by. BUT NEVER AGAIN!

I love bringing my pugs here. The owners always greet us with warm smiles and really show the care and love for animals. My pugs always leave so excited. Aside from the great customer service, my pugs smelled so good and groomed really nicely! They provided us with dental cleaning, haircut trimming, bath, nail clippings and ear cleaning. I love bringing my pugs here!
