I love Worry Free Pet Care services! From my sitter Susan to the overall management by Lorrie and Eric Culp. Well done all! My dog is still young and learning new skills and Susan communicates how he did with each visit and corrects behavior if needed. It's obvious that he loves the visits! I've been using Fetch services for 15 years now and wouldn't rely on anyone else to take care of my fur baby.

I’m a traveling nurse, so my dog nd I bounce around a lot…THIS is exactly the kind of business we wish could find in all the places we go! Fetch! Is accommodating, and helpful (it was much easier to work with them than try to work with strangers through an app), I told them the dates we needed, and they were there! They did a fantastic job walking my dog while I was stuck at the hospital for 12 hours. My dog adored Shelbi and Amanda. This is definitely a dog lover owned business. I’ll say it again… we wish we could find a business like Fetch! In all the places we go! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Fetch! We will miss you!

I trust Worry Free Pet Care dog-sitters to be reliable and responsible every single time that they care for my dog (they are) and to provide her with lots of love and affection (they do). (If the sitters were not terrific, I would look elsewhere.) The icing on the cake is that Worry Free is a well managed company that bills me accurately, and stays in touch if there are any issues about anything at all.

I was apprehensive about hiring a dog walker - a stranger in my home caring for my dog - yikes! I am so grateful for Fetch! Pet Care of Des Moines. The people who walk my dog are AMAZING. They provide full reports on every contact that include comments, what they did, pictures of their time with my dog, and a map of where they walked. The customer service at Fetch! Pet Care of Des Moines is stellar. They have worked with me on my weird rotating schedule that includes weekends and have been able to meet some last minute changes I needed. They will do everything they can to make sure your pet is well taken care of. I was a little put off by the cost at first, but they have shown they are well worth it. Don't know what I would do without them.

We were so grateful to be referred by friends to Worry Free Pet Care! We recently got a diagnosis for one of our cats that required a twice daily medication (in addition to another cat who is already on a daily med), and had to quickly change gears on our cat sitter situation with only a few weeks left until our travel date. They set up a pre-visit meeting where we were able to meet our sitter(s) in advance, and I felt so confident leaving those med administrations to them (among the usual pet-sitting tasks). I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful it was to receive daily photos and journal entries/updates from the visits. And based on the photos, it seems the cats whole-heartedly appreciated their visits, too. I will continue to use and recommend the pet sitting services of Fetch!
