Courtney is amazing with all of our pets. She is the best in Braxton county by far. If you need a groomer she is the one to call.

Kinda shady bussness. Change my appointment to next day then after cutting dogs hair. Tells me you cant do them any more because you had to cancel a appointment. You the one who changed my appointment and said it take 2hrs. Not to mention you mess up there last appointment and didn't even do them. Learn from the best they want your money but dont want to work for it.

Courtney is the best. We love the one on one. We don’t worry about our dogs in her care. There is never chaos in her shop because your dog is her priority She does an awesome job. Our dogs love her and they are never nervous when we arrive. She makes scheduling so easy and her system sends an automated reminder which is wonderful. We are so very pleased with her services.

We have four large rambunctious lab mixes and Courtney always does a great job with all of them. She schedules mine in pairs, and she only schedules her appointments to where she is one on one (or one on two!) with your dogs at their allotted times. I like that I don't have to worry about my dogs being in crates or overwhelmed by strangers when they go for their appointments. They always get excited when they see where we are going, and don't get nervous like they have at other places. Definitely recommend Courtney to anyone looking for a reliable dog groomer who truly cares about every dog she sees
