Jessica does her job really well. My cat Picasso loves his spa treatment here which includes his nail trimming, shower, ear cleaning and tooth cleaning. They also gave him a bandana at the end and that was so graceful.

I truly wish I could give this place 0 stars. On 2/17 I made an appointment with the owner Cindy for 2/18 at 11:30am. I received a text asking if I could bring my dog in at 8:30am instead. I changed my appointment and went to the Woof station at 8:30am this morning where I was met with a locked door and no lights on. I called the place 7 times and left a voicemail before someone finally returned my call. I let the person on the phone know that I had an 8:30 appointment and I was waiting outside in the rain for almost 12 minutes at that point. They said the groomer had car issues and that she would be there in a couple of minutes. I can understand car issues I just wish I was notified. Someone from woof station called me back a couple minutes later and said that she was having trouble find

Jessica at Bubbly Paws is hands down the best groomer I’ve ever taken my pup to! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and super dog-friendly. Jessica is incredibly kind, friendly, and truly lovable she treats every dog like her own. The hospitality here is top-notch, and the ambiance inside is clean, calm, and thoughtfully set up for both pets and their owners. They take their time with each dog, making sure every need is met, and it really shows in the quality of care and grooming. Their prices are very reasonable, and the system they use for appointments and communication is super smooth and convenient. You can tell they genuinely care. I highly recommend anyone looking for a groomer to go see Jessica at Bubbly Paws you won’t be disappointed!

I brought my pup to Woof Station for the very second time today, and I just have to express how sincerely impressed and appreciative I am. From the moment we walked through the door, the entire team treated us with such kindness, patience, and genuine enthusiasm for their work. It was clear how deeply they care about the animals they serve 🐶🐾. They handled my dog with such thoughtful attention and gentle care, and the grooming itself was absolutely wonderful—my pup looks fantastic and smells amazing 😄! Trying a new grooming place can be a little nerve-racking, but they turned it into an incredibly positive and reassuring experience. We’ll absolutely be coming back. I wholeheartedly recommend Woof Station to anyone seeking exceptional grooming and truly compassionate animal lovers ❤️.

They always do a great job with Lucas. And he’s usually a shy boy but every time I go pick him up he’s so happy and not scared which makes me feel good that he feels safe.
