The first two times a went the ladies that helped me were AWESOME super friendly great customers service. My last two visits different ladies customer services wasn’t as friendly but everyone has a bad day we are all human. My most recent encounter was not as pleasant regarding an appointment. I received a text reminder Thursday and could not reschedule at that moment I was at MDA receiving treatment and rescheduling at that very moment was just not a top priority my health was. I know I needed to reschedule, but life happens and I forgot I had a wedding out of town Saturday 22nd that was a 3hr drive I could not wait for my dog to get service and still make a wedding in time without rushing. I haven't taken my dog for grooming but I'm giving 5 stars for how cute the place looks and how helpful the clerk was. The shop is pink everywhere and they have a variety in dog treats to choose from. My husband and I had a pleasant time browsing and picking out treats.

We love our experience with Woof Gang grooming. Kia did a terrific job of beautifying our precious Maltese. Wow we were amazed. The shop is adorable and so many cute puppy items and snacks. We even took some photos. Could not be happier. Thank you Kia!!

Molli B. did amazing on my dog Nash. Nash is a long-haired German Shepherd that I rescued so I’ve been nervous taking her places. I’ve only had her for a year. I’ve been doing her myself and just couldn’t do it anymore. Because of issues with my back. Molli went above and beyond of my expectations of Nash. I was super happy with what they did to her. Nash was not nervous at all when I picked her up she was very enthusiastic to see me. I think she had a blast being in the back with everyone so that made me happy with her attitude being like that. She did exactly what I wanted with grooming her. I brought her in and not going to lie. Her coat was kind of course and muddy.
