Karneisha always does an amazing job grooming my pups! They have extremely sensitive skin and were previously prone to getting very itchy after grooming, which I shared with her. However, she's the first groomer who has prevented this issue. They've never had any nicks or razor burn with her, and she's never cut their nails too short either. She's great about asking a lot of questions and listening to what you want. I couldn't be more pleased with a groomer highly recommended!

Although I really the products and toys they provide here and the staff is nice… I recently got my short haired medium sized dog groomed here. I expected maybe an hour or 2 for it to be finished, the front desk worker informed me it would take 3-4 hours. My total once the grooming was done came up to around $90 before my initial deposit. I would not have had such a problem with the price if the service was done well. I inspected my dog after leaving to find they did a bad job at trimming their nails (uneven and looked rushed), and unevenly shaving the undercarriage. Why did they shave the undercarriage??? I was pleased with how they smelled after the service and the trimming of the paw pads. I have never had to pay this much for a bath, nails, and brushing. Though I really love this com

We are so thankful to have found this place after recently moving to the area. Both of our dogs left with the cutest haircuts and they both seem very happy!! They were also very kind and patient with our younger puppy who is still getting used to being groomed. Overall a great experience, reasonably priced, and would certainly recommend!! Thank you!

Overall good, just a little frustrated that we’ve taken our dog here before and they alway grind her nails when we paid for this add on. This is the second time the new girl with the nice nails has done our dogs grooming and she never grinds the nails despite us asking. Ive groomed dogs before. They are very obviously blunt and just cut, wont be paying for this add on in the future

What a wonderful store!!! While strolling in Savannah, Nov. 2025, we found this store. A paradise for dogs and their owners. One nice aspect of the shop is that your dog can try a treat before you buy it.
