Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Rye

This was the best grooming experience I have ever had. I will definitely be grooming my dog here going forward. My mini golden doodle was very scared of grooming because another groomer had cut him in the past. When I spoke to the owner she was very understanding and suggested the first appointment in the morning to reduce his stress. I was also welcomed to stay during his grooming. Since I did, I got to see first hand how amazing the groomers were. Two people worked on my dog—one mainly talked to him and hugged him while the other de-tangled and cut his hair. They even had a special headset to cover his ears during the blow drying. The whole thing took a little less than an hour and my dog was happy. I could not recommend this place more highly. They were awesome!!!!

Couldn’t recommend more! I always take my maltipoo rescue here who gets scared very easily. Every time we walk in my dog wags her tail and is so happy to see the owner and groomer. The experience is amazing- my dog always comes out so cute and I get sent several photos of her with a cute background when she is done, she always gets a free bow or bandana, and the owner always asks if she can give my dog several free treats before she goes. To be honest I find the price reasonable typically around 80-100 dollars after tip and my dog takes more time since she usually has mats in her hair. Additionally they truly have the highest quality treats and dog food. My dog loves the beef jerky treats which you can tell are 100% real- probably why she loves them so much. I highly recommend Penelope as a groomer at this location. My dog was left traumatized at another grooming salon and Penelope genuinely worked hard to change that experience for him and even allowed me to stay for the grooming session. Woof gang does not crate dogs after their groom, which differentiates them from practically any other grooming salon I’ve come across.

The owner and workers there are so kind and educated. My boyfriend and I are first time dog parents and when we arrived they gave us helpful tips and were so kind to answer any questions we have. The lady at the front remembered our dogs’ name and OUR NAMES! It’s all in the details and the owner and her make a great team. We felt very welcomed and most importantly our mini golden-doodle Milo felt like he was at a dogs amusement park haha! P.s he also made his first friend there TILLY (on the right)

My fur baby is well taken care of; on a personal level, when I leave him, I know he is safe. The staff is wonderful, and the shop is adorable. I highly recommend it.
